The Blackhawk Warehousing facilities consist of eight (8) separate buildings, totaling approximately 298,500 square feet, with expansion space on a 40 acre site. The site is perimetered by industrial and agricultural uses and located in the Helena/West Helena Industrial Park.

Blackhawk has a variety of space currently available, including space for flammables and other hazardous materials. We will also develop dedicated building agreements for volume users.

Our buildings are single story, all steel, non-combustible, with six (6) inch thick concrete slab on grade. They are insulated with nonflammable fiberglass blanket and ventilated by electric power exhaust fans. Lighting includes natural, fluorescent, and high intensity discharge lighting sources.

Our hazardous materials storage consists of four (4) 30,000 sq ft buildings, heated, with sprinkler systems that comply with NFPA standards. Two of these buildings include AFFF Alcohol Resistant Foam Systems. This space includes eight (8) inch containment curbs with sealed joints and floors. The buildings drain to a secondary containment pond or structure adjacent to the buildings.

Buildings are equipped with burglar and fire protection monitoring systems and closed circuit televisions.
